Movies are interesting, aren't they?

Karate Kid

My friend and I recently saw the movie The Karate Kid.
This is an action movie where Dre Parker, a boy of 12 who could be the most popular Detroit boy. However, the career of his mother ends up taking them to China.
Immediately Dre falls in love with his classmate Mei Yin, but cultural differences make their friendship impossible. Even worse, Dre's feelings make the bully of the class, kung fu prodigy Cheng to become his enemy.
In the land of Kung Fu, Dre knows only a little karate, and Cheng will show the "Karate Kid" their expertise worthless. No friends in a new city, Dre has no one to turn to except the caretaker of his building Mr. Han, who is secretly a kung fu.
As Han teaches Dre that kung fu is more than just punches and ability, but maturity and calm, Dre realizes that facing the bullies in the class will be the adventure of a lifetime.
I liked the movie because of the moral: "Life gets you down, but you can choose to stand or not."
I rate this movie as excellent!
